Sorry to hear about the dog @newtus that's too bad. I hope the little one survives. My older cat got attacked by a stray cat once. She got beaten up pretty bad. It was like a $900 hospital bill for her.

Had a Skype session last night with Pastor T. It went okay. It's better to at least see him than just to speak on the phone. It's a little weird though because I was in the dining room and my parents were in the living room watching TV. If they tried they could probably hear everything, but that's okay. I don't keep too much from them. I would feel weird if they overheard a session with Regular T though. I can't believe I've been seeing Pastor T now for six months. Wow, where does the time go!

Wow I slept another like 5 or 6 hours. Idk why. Meds still maybe.

I’m excited about my telecounseling appt. lmao idk why. I guess cuz I can vape and have coffee and be in my pajamas during counseling! Haha.

It took me until 3am to go to take a zopiclone (Because I don't want to be dependent) because I was thinking craaazzyy racing thoughts all night long. I was thinking about my deeepp ddeepp past.. analyzing everything..

I woke up in the morning with the sun on my face and birds singing thinking "I'mma kill those damn simulation birds".

I finally slept last night.

Therapy was really good except I kept hearing my echo

Anyway yea. My therapist said she will be looking into telecounseling. So if she has any clients that move away or just can’t come in because of panic attacks or whatever, she can do it. She said it’s complicated to bill telecounseling but she will try.

Yay

If I move I can possibly keep her!
