Well. No paper towels or toilet paper. Great.

I may have to stop drinking coffee. It makes me anxious and nauseous from the caffeine. Sucks.

I’m back to being overly tired. Even when I was working, the 3mg VRAYLAR made me so sleepy I couldn’t work.

Not the best time in my life to have this issue.

I’m ok to have one coffee every other day so I just use it when I need it...

I feel good 50% of the time and feel bad 50% of the time. Right now I feel good with only 9 hours of sleep..

My sleep is beautiful.. It starts off as periods of really deep sleep and then the other half is REM sleep... 11 hours... always..

I had a small panic attack last night where I couldn't breathe because the wake-sleep thing was making me anxious.

I was able to find a 6 pack of large paper towel rolls. No luck on TP yet but I'll look again tomorrow. I couldn't do both my grocery shopping and get the paper towels at the same time since it's too much to carry on the bus so I just grabbed the paper towels while I had the chance and got a few things for sandwiches. Will do the rest of my grocery shopping tomorrow

Oh I did get some Easter candy to celebrate my year of ED recovery

The cashier was really nice, so that helped my anxiety a lot

Dry mouth, sleepiness. Grinding teeth. I think when all this stuff has blown over in the news, I’m gonna go back to 1.5mg medicine. This is too much. My jaw feels tight.

I have horrible dry mouth too, it's almost constant. And the jaw clenching/grinding teeth, but I attribute the teeth grinding thing to my zoloft though because when I was on it years ago I had that issue as well, hope the dose decrease helps you

Thanks! I think I see my pdoc soon. I notice it’s worse at night because I wake up and my jaw is clenched together. I can stand it. I keep sipping water and it does nothing. After I swallow the water, 2 seconds later my dry mouth is back. I only had this issue when I went up to 3mg of VRAYLAR.

I might have to go back on 1.5mg and start taking my gabapentin once a day or more than what I need to keep my anxiety down.

This is awful, IMO. In 1.5 I had virtually no symptoms. I think I may be gaining weight on 3mg too. I been eating bad but I’m back up 5 pounds. Anyway.
