Off topic, but I only played Animal Crossing for like 20 min at 6am.

I stopped. I can’t bring myself to do it now again. Partially I’m tired, and partially I’m overwhelmed by how much there is to do now that I have the Resident Services and Able Sisters Tailor Shop up now. They are done with construction in the game. Ugh.

This is so weird. But it’s common for me. When I feel overwhelmed by how much there is to do in a game I most times stop for awhile. It’s weird because I was looking forward to those new places in the game. Now that they are available...it’s too much to do.

I may just not be in the mindset for it right now. I haven’t been really. Which has put me back in the game, seeing how so many people in my AC fb group are waysss ahead of me in the game. Even tho it’s a life sim and there not really a way to really complete the game, I believe, unlike an rpg or something.

Along those lines, I’ve had so many ideas for things to do recently, but I don’t start them, so I forget the ideas.

I feel so lethargic with this new med dosage. But at the same time, being cooped up is NOT helping whatsoever. But it’s also rainy outside. It’s awful. I’m so done with this quarantine thing. I’m starting to get stir crazy. Like badly. I haven’t left my house in maybe a month now, forreal. Only to goto my job meeting and wash my clothes at my dads. Those were last week and the week before.

This is awful.

Too much caffeine definitely causes shaking....

Yes but I have had a total of one cup in the past 2 or 3 days. A few sips out of a cup, a day.

But I already expressed how caffeine has been affecting me lately. So yes your right.

I relate to this @newtus like I don't have motivation to do anything but also just being at home makes me restless. I went for an hour long walk the other day and that kind of helped although I about gave myself an asthma attack! I can only sleep so much. I'm concerned how my mental health will be once I have four days off in a week. I've worked 40 + hours since I was 20 years old. I won't know what to do with myself only working 24. It IS awful. You are right about that @newtus. I feel bad complaining because there are lots of people really sick with Corona virus but being inside and just stuck is also really really hard. HUGS Kit

It is extremely hard. And I haven’t walked out of my house for a month now except twice. TWICE. I am not used to that life anymore since I’ve been so gung ho the past year about life.

I do shake when I don’t eat too. I may not have had enough today. And with the coffee, that’s not good. I find myself wanting to sleep and not eat. I’ve been shaking from not eating recently too another time. I ate a decent breakfast this morning, but that was at 9am and it’s 2 now.

We actually have a bit of food but I don’t feel hungry. I’m gonna have to make myself eat.

Mom made a really good cheesy noodle chicken bake the other day. She sent some with me for lunch today. Dad found the recipe online. He said he was trying to save me from another chicken and potato dinner. Lol.

I’ve realized now that my job was healthy for me. When I had it, I had an extremely good sleep routine for the most part. I’d goto bed and wake up about the same time. I ate healthier cuz I was motivated and I was losing weight because I was out of the house and walking around for part of the day. I also met all kinds of people. And made money.

What meds are you currently on? When I was on meds like latuda and geodon I had to make myself eat to get enough calories in before taking them. It was easier to ignore being hungry. No apatite but felt hungry. If you get what I mean. Then there’s meds like zyprexa and saphris when I was on them I was totally hangry and when I didn’t eat all the time it was hard to stop snacking on things no matter how much food I consume. If I didn’t eat a lot I’d get shaky on the zyprexa.

I’m on VRAYLAR. It’s possible it’s that way for that med too.

It’s possible. Just how your body reacts to meds. Idk if vraylar is supposed to be weight neutral but even with antipsychotics that are supposed to be weight neutral can cause weight gain.

Mental breakdown last night. But I feel better now and have more understanding.. Kind of.

Reality is crazy. I've never been this aware before. I'm 25 next year. Developed brain! Able to make better decisions!

It's hard.. Turbulent life.. I wish I could create something.. But I'm doing so many thing and just getting the feel of everything.. Checking things out..

I don't know how long I'd stay awake without zopiclone.. Maybe a day? Two days? Three days?.. Then my heart would spasm.. My heart needs sleep to beat properly.. It complains when it doesn't get rest..

I have been checking my pulse around 100 times a day again. I just like to know "I'm alive", "I'm alive", "I'm alive".. Really bad OCD compulsion... But I guess that I just have to live with it.. For the rest of my life... No amount of therapy could help me.. Shrooms made it much worse.. So now my brain IS heart OCD in the way the neurons are connected...

The prime minister of my country Boris johnson caught covid 19 about 10 days ago and was said to have mild symptoms. He's now been put into the ICU (intensive care unit) after his condition deteriorated.

Over here they just said he was hospitalized “for some tests” nothing about the icu....

That’s really scary though....

Hey guys. I went to the hospital. They put me on the watch list of Covid-19 and will call me tomorrow for the test. They couldn’t do it today. They gave me Salbutamol to take for my breathing. The doctor said the shortness of breath is from my lung but the oxygen level is still good. I took the Salbutamol but breathing is still hard. I’m very tired and sleepy but can’t sleep with this condition.
