Another rainy day here. Took the trash out, called in a refill on one of my meds to have delivered, meditated, listened to some podcasts, and read. Now just journaling and thinking about what else I want to do today

I’m curious if I lost the weight I gained from being in the hospital. I was at 180 and gained like 8 - 9 pounds within the 18 day period.

Not feeling well. Left arm is weak a bit. I’m scared I’m gonna have a heart attack. My stomach feels ticklish. I think it may be anxiety. But idk what from. Probably the usual from the last 2 weeks.

I haven’t been playing video games at all. Idk what’s wrong with me. I don’t feel like doing anything.

My apartment complex is giving out care packages next week since a lot of us have trouble getting out and getting stuff we need during this.

Wondering about my meds. My anxiety has been extremely high but I don’t know if that’s because of the current situation or it just is for no reason. I’ll have to ask my doctor. I have klonopin, I’m prescribed to take it 2 times a day, morning and evening. But I haven’t been taking it because I always worry about depending on it but maybe I should start taking it. At least for now
