My kitty Amelia was a very naughty girl this morning. She got out of the yard and went to the field that is next to us and I guess that was too tempting for her to resist. I called her name though and she came when I called her, but it still took some wrangling to get her into the house so I could get her her breakfast. Naughty kitty. I just hope she doesn't get hurt on these adventures she's been going on. Or stolen. Or ran over. Argh. So much to worry about with this little kitty. My other kitty never wandered like this.

A vendor sent me a funky little purple guy with white bulging eyes. I think it's a stress reliever. Like you squeeze him. Actually it's quite fun and entertaining. They also sent hand sanitizer!!!

I talked with a pharmacist for 10-15 minutes about my sleep schedule. She said that quetiapine can cause heart palpitations and it does for me. I gave that and the mirtazapine back to the pharmacy.

I said that I didn't want to be dependent on zopiclone but I didn't tell her that I might want to for 1-2 years if this doesn't work;

- Wake up at the same time every night (Even if I feel that I need more sleep)
- Go to sleep at the same time every night
- If I can't sleep, stay up and do something for a while then try again

So I'm gonna wake up at 9am every morning, go to sleep at 12am every night.

But the thing is.. I need 12 hours of sleep every night.. and I can't fall asleep after 12 hours of being awake.. There's only 24 hours on the clock..

Finally got my medicine for narcolepsy today. Gonna see how tomorrow at IOP goes with taking it. I fell asleep in IOP this morning, but I didn't have the medicine yet. I took it after IOP and I was still a little tired, but not as bad. I didn't end up napping today.

Is everyone super busy? Roll call is threadbare this night.

I took a whole Ativan and a half tiz because they helped so much last night. I should have broken the Ativan but I was rushing because I had my pill bottle open in my hand.

I hate being low on important drugs.

In 2013, after the hospital in the spring, I developed a fear of the stairs. I tried a few times to get down them. I remember I didn't try to get down them one day because there was a loud fight going on downstairs.

But I guess I did something different because in September of 2013 I could walk the stairs again. I kept waiting the past several years with no breakthrough.

Roll call seemed a little bare last night, too. I guess people are doing things. I suppose. I don't know.

I am not usually on roll call that much but I need to check in. I am doing fine, just doubting everything (just about).

I hate having doubts about things. Like therapy and things like that. I doubt nearly everything.

I’ve been busy with work and now my courses started today so I’m a university student! I read some and did two quizzes already. I better slow down though otherwise I’ll have the courses done in like a month with no way to do the exams.

I think Tylenol is what they recommend for fever/inflammation. I hope you'll feel better soon. If you can get any Cold Eeze lozenges (with zinc, I've been using them for at least 30 years) I recommend them.

That sounds tiring, to be full of doubts. Sometimes I feel the same but I tell myself I'm taking things too seriously.

Morning

Took my meds and had coffee. I took two naps yesterday. One at my dads and one at home, so I only slept 5 hours last night and it was hard to get to sleep kinda. I feel ok tho. I probably will take a nap today.

Gonna treat myself tomorrow to succulents on amazon.

Heading out to do my household necessity shopping, then after that to the grocery store to get food. Then I can relax
