I feel semi-dumb for throwing out every single one of my meds. I intentionally got rid of them. Now I have nothing and I'm kind of panicking a little.

On the one hand, I am wondering whether I'll do fine without them.

On the other, I am wondering if I just made a mistake.

My reason for getting rid of them is because they're just chemicals. They do nothing to change the phenomenological experience of reality for me. Eh. I don't know what to do now...

My psychiatrist and I are supposed to meet virtually tomorrow. I guess the meeting will be useless.

Always taper.....removing the chemicals can itself cause psychosis....

Negative: nothing really negative today, i just feel i have to wait a few days for the hope I'll get my unemployment direct deposited. I'm glad for online banking, so i it's a swipe away. Also, i have to call some jobs for my work certification tell verify im still "looking" for a job. Totally ridiculous considering they want me to stay home.

Positive: I got up to 20 pages in my story today. I got hung up on one character and a concept, and the lesson in one scene. There are 3 characters who different levels o enlightenment, this last one is the most enigmatic. I can figure it out though. I did it before and I can do it again. I don't think this story needs to be even 30 pages, it's just about root.

My body aches when I wake up as well ever since I lowered the Vyvanse from 50mg to 40mg.

Must have something to do with low dopamine and dystonia.

Ever hear people argue if sz or bp is worse. I find that annoying. Comparing mental illness. It’s different for everyone and it’s hard to put people in a nice box. What do you get when you mix both? You get sza... they have a better prognosis than sz and bp has a better prognosis than sza.

No. We must categorize and put things into boxes or else chaos! Imagine mixing paint and throwing it on plastic balls.. Every ball is different.. Categorize the different balls into groups of similar different balls!!

I was watching a research youtube video on shamanism and schizophrenia.. Quite interesting..

Hitler was schizotypal (God don't quote me on that I know he was bad. He had disjointed magical thinking cuz of his upbringing idk). Psychedelic rock like hendrix, beatles.. religious esoteric ideas/lyrics... Hallucinogens..

It's all quite mad that I have become so open minded yet aware of the small complexity in the world..

It can be all too much. Liberals are very open minded. Conservatives need to put things into boxes.. Cuz they don't have complex creative minds, have convictions.. Religious.. less psychotic and original..
