So I’m paying for Noom. It’s a weight loss app. It’s different than anyone I’ve seen before. It helps change your psyche towards food with quizzes and daily readings. Of course, you log your weight and meals, but you also get a goal specialist/coach. A real person that you can check in with whenever. It’s quite a bit but so far so good. Lost a pound.

I think it’s pretty darn decent. It’s expensive but it offers so much. You can also do add-ons to your membership like have them customize a meal plan for you or a workout or get a weight loss dna test. Which is up to skepticism but the other 2 seem great. It’s like having a personal nutritionist cuz it’s a real person who is your coach.

I tried Noom for a while, but had a hard time sticking to the small number of calories they allowed me. I've had the same problem with other weight loss apps though, so it's probably my own problem, not the app. I wish you luck with it.

Thank you! I’ve encountered the same amount of calories in most apps. But they can range from 1200 to 1500. Which is apparently the amount you should eat in a day. Thing I learned is, if you eat healthy, your food items are very small in calorie amounts. So you can eat a big meal of healthy dishes.

But it’s still so hard. What I have to work on is portion control and eating healthier things.

I woke up at 7am and had a bowl of cereal. I never had cereal in a long time. It's been over 12 hours since I took the beta blocker and I went back to bed, woke up feeling anxious. Had diarrhea, stomach hurts and heart beating fast.

Never again. Never again..

I went crazy.. Very crazy.. All those drugs.. I needed to.. I was broken inside out.. Shattered into tiny little pieces that I couldn't pick up.. since a child.. They all broke me.. The culture, the harsh cold reality..

Then you think about "How" to fix your situation by using the feelings.. Thoughts can bother you like a twisted hell that never stops... (OCD) - No hope - "I have to live with these obsessive thoughts for the rest of my life". It comes and goes.. New thoughts come, old thoughts go..

Remember your memories of what made you happy and all the emotions related to what is "good". Some people like bad emotions. Some like watching disturbing shows because they like being scared or confused or thrilled and tell others about what they saw.

Humans telling other humans about bad news or good news is like a virus. It's contagious. It's in our DNA for survival - To tell stories and build knowledge of our surroundings and compassion or judgement of others.. Feel each other out.. See who's bluffing and what's true or false.

There's so many thoughts in our heads --> Think of everything as a problem that has to be solved. People commit suicide because what they are dealing with is more scary than death.

We all need reassurance because I don't think anyone really trusts themselves unless they're a sociopath or narcissist.. Or high confidence by reassurance from other people.. Cuz you have to feel what other people think at a young age, believing everyone.. Many were brought up with bad parents.. I don't know where it goes from there but I could just keep thinking and thinking... Lost in thought can be good and bad... Just decide what to do with time. Know that you are loved and a great person and can do good things <3

Thanks. It’s just these stupid thoughts pop in my head sometimes. I don’t want to do anything like that. It’s annoying.

It's almost the end of Lent. I did good. I kept my promise to God. But I am not in a good headspace right now. Feeling totally effed up. Totally wanna go all self destructive on myself too. Don't know what is the matter with me. I'm ridiculous! UGH. So frustrated right now. I have reached out to friends like three times this week. I don't want to do it again and be like all pathetic and stuff. Can't get out of this headspace though. My brain is on fire.
