-Cozy sweatpants

Eating a plain Hershey's bar.

I went outside in the afternoon, with 2 other residents (1 of which is the minor sack of shyt in here) and a CNA. I couldn't even smell the air because of the damned mask.

It was good but it came with somber thoughts. What if they're never going to let us out to vape again?

Missing my friend. Having nervous bad memories. I don't think much of anything anymore. I need nicotine.

I have a headache but I don't feel pain.. Y'know what I mean? It's like.. Akathisia or something..

I'm preparing my notes to read.. I'm gonna write notes on the book I'm reading.. Organizing things..

But the mental headache is making me want to run. I need to exercise. I haven't since the virus.

I was thinking of buying a Kindle but I don't like them - I can just use my phone... Although I wish it was bigger like a tablet..

Hopefully my doctor will allow me to withdraw from the alprazolam by using diazepam. That's the only problem I have.. And slight concern about my heart - But that's all.. No hard drugs or anything...
