It’s hard on us all to watch the news rn.

I think as people who have mental illness we should maybe try to stay away from the news or use curated news that we want to see and doesn’t affect us in a negative way.

At the same time, it is important to know what’s going on in the world. Just don’t feast your eyes or ears on it for too long.

Oh man today was fun, we went for pizza, a banana split and test drove a new car

for the bf. We decided against it but had lots of fun.

We got ice cream too. And I sold my 3DS and a couple of games and I got a game. And then we went to the liquor store.

I’m ok. Other than feeling physically kinda crummy. (Stomach hurts) but it could be from both ice cream and not eating for like awhile, but I was asleep til like 3pm. I feel fine. Fiancé was upset this morning. But when I woke up he said he just doesn’t want me to use money that was supposed to be his without permission. I wasn’t trying to hide anything. I bought him breakfast. But I get it. And I’ve never done that before in my life. My whole life growing up my dad had money laying around. Never once did I take it or steal it. I guess it’s just a sign of how bad off we are doing financially. Sucks but I’ll never do that again.

Yesterday it felt like I was on an alien planet. Now it feels like I'm in the holocaust. The sky is yellow/grey and I hear a train - People talking. They would likely hurt me - But this is all in my mind.

That’s how I felt. My nose a bit and my throat was sore. I also feel somewhat lethargic but I’m not depressed. Idk what it is.

I was googling "Cure to schizophrenia psychedelics". Nothing popped up. I did about 10 searches in relation to it.. Nothing.. I just wanted to make sure.

Now I'll do something. I'm in a good mood to focus before I need a mind rest. I'm gonna go into the living room and read or something.

I'll be back tomorrow so if I don't reply it's cuz I'm ignoring PC FOMO.
