Since COVID we’ve had to do video calling so we do alternating arm tapping.

I’m not quite sure how to describe it.

The following quoted text made a lot of sense. I can kind of see how this would be effective. I have GAD and have noticed that moving my eyes seems to distract me when I feel intense anxiety.

Quote:
Others posit that the bilateral stimulation causes a degradation of working memory. Horizontal eye movements have been shown to tend to tax working memory.[53] In support of the working memory account, analogue studies have found that other taxing tasks during recall also reduce vividness and/or emotionality of negative memories.[54] The proposal is that the degradation in working memory causes a distancing effect, enabling the client to 'stand back' from the trauma. This enables the client to re-evaluate the trauma and their understanding of it, because they can re-experience it whilst not feeling overwhelmed by it.[42]

Just did the introductory portion of my horticulture class. It says in the syllabus that a smartphone is required or some type of camera. Kinda excited. Wonder what I’ll be taking pics of. Maybe different plants.

When I'm deep searching the webs, sometimes I want to click on a youtube video.. But I'm listening to music..

How would I solve this problem without having to take off my bluetooth earbuds out and putting the earbuds in that are connected to my computer? (Cuz my bluetooth earbuds don't connect to my computer and I don't listen to music on my computer cuz the quality is too bad)

I've been reading articles on how bluetooth earbuds can cause brain tumours (Temporal lobe ones) and it's a real thing. It's the same as microwave radiation. "The latency period or time between exposure and recognition of a tumour is around 20 years, sometimes longer". I used earbuds every day for 3-4 years.

Terence Mckenna died of a brain tumour. "Terence McKenna was diagnosed with glioblastoma multiforme, a highly aggressive form of brain cancer. ... According to Wired magazine, McKenna was worried that his tumor may have been caused by his psychedelic drug use, or his 35 years of daily cannabis smoking; however, his doctors assured him there was no causal relation."

"FDA-approved anti-psychotic drugs possess tumor-killing activity against the most aggressive form of primary brain cancer, glioblastoma, new research indicates. "The anti-glioblastoma effects of these drugs are completely unexpected and were only uncovered because we carried out an unbiased genetic screen."

I mean being slightly solipsistic, I'll just keep on rollin' - Whatever..

I'm writing about false senses and perception like hallucinations and illusions, geniuses that believed in magic like galileo and newton, psychedelics, astral projection, imagination, reincarnation, humanity/technology singularity, consciousness, the physical brain.. etc..

But imma sleep. I'll try record my dreams cuz they'll probably be really wild since today was another really rough day.
