I took my normal night meds last night. The right doses instead of cutting them down for stupid reasons like I was doing. Made chocolate chip blondies yesterday. Took a long hot shower today. Said some positive affirmations

Dad made breakfast, eggs and potatoes. Took a shower. Washed my hair. Put on perfume. That's it I guess. Oh took my meds.

I'm not going anywhere, so usually I'd say well, screw it, none to see me, but I am a bit of a mess.. I do need to at least get dressed (1 40 PM and I'm sitting on my bed watching tv with no care in the world). need to get sorted |
