Feeling a bit better now.
Ate out with my grandparents which was nervewracking but I took my geodon with dinner and in about an hour i was calmed down. Still paranoid but not as much so. __________________

Newtus for me vraylar was very activating.
At 6mg I had major insomnia, at 3mg I was a bit anxious and energized. __________________

Whatever fireworks they're setting off sound like cannons and just shook the actual building. This was in the local news too, people have been complaining about it
