Yeah I had a book from my T once but it wasn’t as helpful as the tree meditation so I forgot most of it.

It seems like we can't see
And I don't know if this prose is bad for you, but it's mostly about me
I suppose it won't make you feel worse and instead, set you free
It's about what I'm dealing with, to you from me
It's all quite messy to be honest
Dear Mother Earth, I maybe have lost it
But can you forgive me?
If you choose to forget me, wash me away with the sea
Because I get it
The spirits lent it to us
