So my moms cancer marker just shot up to 500....she’s not in remission anymore to say the least....so she might need chemo again even though she was trying a long term chemo pill, it seems not to be working.

So, my meeting with my doctor went well. It was nice to finally see her in person after all this time. We discussed my feelings about neighbors plotting against me and hearing all their voices and whispers constantly referring to me. She said I'm having auditory hallucinations again. It had been awhile since I'd had any. Oh yeah, I got her to sign the paperwork for me to get an emotional support animal. So I'll turn that in to the building manager tomorrow. Hopefully the med increase helps diminish the voices and paranoia.

I think getting out and having an in depth conversation with my pdoc really helped me mentally. Because I never get to talk to anyone since I live alone and with covid going on...so I really was happy about that and also I love when my sister calls me and we talk. We should set up another trip to denny's or somewhere else to eat in the next few weeks. It's just good for my mental health.

Glad you got to see her in person! Big yay on the emotional support animal!!! And we'll keep our fingers crossed that the med increase helps you quickly.

Absolutely! We see our friends every so often through video chat when we do NA meetings. We'll chat after the meeting. It really does help.

Work was good. Busy and backlogged as usually though.

Talked with my psychologist. She says I’m mind reading by assuming that people are getting tired of me talking about school and that. Which I guess I am. I’m just excited about it and know not everyone is as excited as I am.

We also talked about test anxiety. I need to realize that I’ll be fine and the exam is a good thing. It’s progress. I can do it.

Took the dog for a walk and now I gotta go buy dog food. Then maybe fit in some studying.

Why not just give it a chance. Des, it might be good...
