You will be okay, either way. If u must go to the state hospital, u will survive.

Thank you. Feeling nauseated. Just watched a cute Charlie Chaplin movie called "the kid". Very cute film and I usually don't like silent movies.

I’m upset. I keep gaining more and more weight. I know part of the issue is me, but ever since I’ve been on AP’s I’ve gained over 100% of my weight. In the last 5 years cuz before that I stopped my meds purely because it was causing me weight problems. A specialty doctor told me to get off them. I was prediabetic. Now I’m over double my original weight and getting higher.

It’s becoming way to much for me to handle and get under control. I’m gonna call the nurse at my pdocs office and ask for metformin.

My back hurts all the time, my feet, my knees, my chest, my arms, legs, everything. Just everything and the inside of my body too. It’s horrible. I’ve been 105 my whole life if not thinner. Wow it’s just insane. I can’t do things anymore. Can’t walk good, can’t go on vacation cuz too much walking. Can’t go certain places. I have to sit a certain way and sleep a certain way or I can’t breathe.

I can’t tell you how many diets, vitamins, exercise regimes, eating less, etc that I’ve done.

If you do vegetarian plant based not random chick patties and other pseudo meats along with exercise you can lose weight even on APs but it’s a fight every day of your life. A constant battle of saying no to everything.

So far, I am doing pretty well this morning. Just took a Klonopin and it helps a lot. Perhaps going to talk to pdoc about this. When I take Klonopin I feel far less anxiety and have a much easier time doing things.
