Thank you Desoxyn, really appreciate this 🙂 I really need to stop with the messing with my meds. Every time it has the same result yet I do it over and over again.

I finally gave up on never being on meds after stopping them all and having a giant recurrence. Jist not really worth the anguish.

Yeah, I like this as well. I actually went off my meds last week. Back on them now, but it's like a self-imposed rollercoaster. I hate it.

Btw I’m not mad at SP or anyone. I promise. I just need a break. I haven’t been on social media much lately, either. I have so much going on. And I have so many people talking down to me for the various things I’m doing with my life. With the housing thing, and college, and just my books and everything. Some of it is in my head, the lack of self confidence, and I can’t help but feel like a failure to my mom and other people.

Sorry to worry you guys. I think I’m fine. Maybe not. The stress is getting to me physically and slightly mentally/emotionally, but I’ve got it under control for now.

Thanks!

I should really work on unpacking today.

There was a thing where the virus tests were causing 100% false positives. That could have been what happened to me.

Someone is in a bad mood this morning and it's affecting me. Need equilibrium.

So, just in case you guys were wondering...

As I explained to SP...

The price of that school (Harvard Extension School) is the same cost as a regular public university. Because it’s taken online. I looked it up and apparently anyone can apply but getting actually accepted is the hard part. As with any university or college.

It’s not Harvard college but it’s one of the 12 or 13 degree-granting schools at Harvard University. Which the typical Harvard is part of and is one of the schools. Along with the law school, business school, medical school, etc

The reason it’s cheaper is because it’s online and it’s for non traditional students. Students who already have careers/families. But they do offer bachelors degrees.

And it’s actually not 100% online. You have to take so many classes in person at Harvard College to finish. So apparently I’ve read people travel to and from Cambridge.

Anyway. I’m only in stage 1 of the application process which is very strict and strenuous.

Hope it goes well, sounds like a cool thing to get to try out

I love cooking, it's so much fun. It's especially fun when you get to share what you made with people and they really like it

Last minute studying for my exam. Well, I mean my exam is in like five hours.

Nervous! It’s 80 multiple choice questions. I have a good understanding of it but some parts got me nervous.

What’s the word for when you go about life doing random things, sometimes spontaneously and sometimes not. Sort of like taking one bag with you and traveling the world alone like a nomad, stopping everywhere from seedy hotels to meeting famous people?

Yea that’s me. Except I’m not manic doing it. Maybe sometimes hypo, but not all the time.

Oxford and Columbia also have terrific online courses available. All can be pricey, though. I am trying to do a Human Rights program at Oxford next summer. Hope I gdt in.

Researchers have found a protein released by the liver that improves cognition in response to aerobic exercise. In the NY Times today. Called GDLP. Another reason to work out, maybe.

Debating whether to go to the grocery store today or not. I could just go tomorrow. I won't really be out of milk and eggs till tomorrow so I guess it can wait. I'll just spend today doing laundry and cleaning my bathroom and end tables.

I took my night meds last night (including my regular dose of thorazine, and I didn't forget my zoloft, trilafon, trileptal and wellbutrin this morning so I'm feeling pretty good. I got some good sleep. I wasn't getting good sleep when I decreased the thorazine and I'm sure that didn't help matters. I'm feeling positive today. Trying to keep my thoughts on the here and now instead of worrying about the future. Right now everything is fine and there's nothing for me to be worried about, it just causes suffering for me when I worry constantly about things I can't control. Not catastrophizing things helps too.

Most of the time I practice mindfulness and that helps me a lot. Thanks for asking I hope your doing well

And focusing on my hobbies is a good distraction as well
