I get this way, too. I do prayer and deep breathing, as I cannot take Klonopin. It makes me depressed. Got any low-dose Seroquel hanging around?

The old man crack addict in the psych ward that sexually harassed me which caused my bad trip was a weird time. And no one did anything about him. Then he died.

Good. Die. Thank ****.

Now I understand the weirdness that people talk about.

50mg of Seroquel is good for anxiety. I can't take it anymore though because it gives me heart palpitations.

Since I stopped Seroquel, I haven't had ONE heart palpitation.

That’s good tho. Reduces your fear of heart trouble.

Yeah my heart fear is way better ^^ I'm able to have a panic attack without wanting to go to the ER. I went like 3 times last year to the ER because I was so scared.

Now panic attacks aren't as scary...

Just got in an argument with my parents again re psychiatrist. Ugh. I keep changing my mind on stuff and it makes my parents extremely angry for some reason. I don't really get why. I wish they could just be chill about it.

Panic attacks suck so much. I've thankfully only had a very few (can count them on one hand). But I do have anxiety attacks and I had one Sunday And Omg f that... I couldn't perceive anything except that fear and origin is still unknown.

It's been 7 days without a benzo. Feel like I'm gonna have a panic attack.

So I'm gonna drink chamomile tea and 300mg of magnesium. I'll let you all know if it works..

It is sleeping within all of you
A force seldom awakened
Undiscoverable by modern science

The intention of our minds is powerful
And a curse

Explore the power of the mind

Feel weird.

Been feeling calm more and sleeping during the night past 2-3 days. Also feeling, not more energy, but usually my body feels heavy and I feel lethargic, but past 2-3 days haven’t been feeling the heavyness feeling. I started the metformin 3 days ago on Sunday. Idk...maybe it’s that.
