Something is going on with my health... I'm starting to get very worried. I haven't had a drink 20 a few days, yet i still got a migraine today and the past two ays my mouth is watring like im getting nausoues. I have no idea what is going on.

I'm starting to get over my fear of choking. Using a lot of distractions, diverting my thoughts immediately whenever I start to think about it, put an image of a big stop sign in my mind whenever the thoughts come up

Might see if Family Dollar has any adult coloring books tomorrow while I'm there getting my other stuff. Haven't colored in awhile, used to be a favorite hobby, super relaxing

So tomorrows plans are shower, take the bus to the grocery store and get food, then walk to family dollar after I get back and put my groceries away. Then relax. Make crispy buffalo chicken wraps for dinner.
Friday will be making egg salad, cleaning the bathroom, and vacuuming. Saturday will be organizing my closet, cleaning the kitchen and making the cookies for my sister. Monday I have an in-person appointment with my psychiatrist. Got my ER bills in from March/April whenever I went. 114 dollars and another for 23 dollars. Not the worst I guess.
