I can't get motivated to do anything. My parents are telling me that's b.s. and I should just get to work and stuff. I can't believe this. I just cannot get motivated to do anything. It's a completely ridiculous problem to have. I talk to a therapist and take my meds and stuff and I still feel this way. I guess meds cannot just cause me to have motivation again. I need some sort of change but I don't know what it should be. I was also seriously considering leaving the country again and going back to Argentina last week. I am still considering it. I think I have reverse culture shock from when I lived in Argentina for a year or so.

Also I feel like cancelling all my plans today. Only two things on the schedule but I feel like cancelling both of them.

Feeling better. The OCD thoughts are not bothering me right now.
I saw my doctor and got refills. He put "40mg" Vyvanse instead of "50mg" so I have to go back to the pharmacy tomorrow to pick it up after they get a fax from the clinic that it was actually supposed to be 50mg. I'm afraid of running out of Vyvanse - That would be hell. |

Bored. Bored. Bored. Almost done with work though. Another 45 minutes or so. Yesterday I worked half a day. I played three games of Sequence (it's part board game, part card game) with my Dad yesterday afternoon. He won one game, and I won two games. It's a fun game. Maybe we will play again tomorrow.

It's so hot here! I can't wait to go home and get into my much cooler jammies. At work I'm actually kind of dressy today except for my tennis shoes. Long sleeved flowered top, black, and black pants. With a black shirt underneath. Not sure what I was thinking this morning! Lol!

I'm not worried much about my brain/mind deteriorating. I can do anything that I want. People have recovered from the strangest most disabling things. I just can't give up.
If I like pharmacology, I'm going to read a book or more about it. I'm going to continue reading my current books. My sister is gone to work and my mom is gone too so I'll be alone until midnight. Scared... |

My order came in the mail today. Dried flowers, a candle, and aromatherapy oil. Yoga session will be more fun now.

I had pms for the past week, just realized it today when I got my period, I was wondering why I was so agitated, depressed, crying, stressed, anxious, etc. I need to start tracking this stuff better so I don't get blindsided by it every month and can prepare a bit better for that rough week
