Went grocery shopping. When I was in the checkout line a lady pushed her cart like right up behind me and was talking to her husband, they were like right up on me and I could hear their voices right behind my ear, it was like what the hell, did they not realize there's a pandemic going on and we're supposed to social distance.

As of today, my hair is blue!

I feel like I'm in a bit of a crisis. I have texted two of my support group members. I just saw Pdoc last night (telehealth) and basically got him to believe I'm doing okay generally which I think I am but this crisis is just popping up. I'm having a ton of transference towards a coworker which is making life miserable because of you know stupid boundaries. I'm having lots of hallucinations in the early mornings which is a new thing and very disquieting. And I'm having tons of urges to do something desperate to myself. Sigh. Life is hard.
