Took a break from painting today. I have this big picture’s frame, around 30-40 cm. Want to make it a decoration but not sure what to fill it with. I don’t want to put an ordinary picture in it.

I'm going for a hike with my mom and sister. Maybe I'll feel better after that.

I usually would take phenibut for this type of apathy and avoid it. But now I have to deal with it. It makes me think of taking some other drug to take.

But really, I shouldn't be taken ANY drug. Like drugs are bad for me. My sister says that I'm the type of person that can't do drugs because they all effect me so negatively due to my mental illness.

If I remember correctly, this isn’t the first time you feel unwell after taking weed the day before.

Did my 30 minutes of yoga. Did it 5 out of 7 days this week which isn't bad.

I need to start going outside more though, I've been inside too much recently. There's a perfectly nice sitting area outside of the apartment complex, gotta start using it. The weather has been beautiful too.

Edit: I always feel like complete crap the day after I drink alcohol though - That's why I haven't drank in like 6 months.

Yeah be mindful of what you consume. For me, I know I can’t drink more than a cup of coffee, it gives me anxiety. So I never drink more than a cup.

I just got new windows that I can open fully from the inside of my bedroom. I’m going to put a chair near them so I can sit there to get more sunlight. I naturally have a much paler skin than most people in my country, add the fact that I don’t get enough sunlight, I look like a vampire near them.

I just realized I am really sensitive. I will follow people's advice without thinking. That is part of the reason why I do impulsive things sometimes, I think.

Edit: Except I'm getting better. I usually avoid peoples advice atm.. Need to learn to say "yes" to things instead of always "no". There needs to be a balance.

Many people are uncomfortable with the balance and see uncertainty in it - Thus, going unstable..

I feel almost segmented because I don’t really tell anyone everything. Certain groups or certain people get certain pieces of the puzzle but I feel no one knows the whole story.
