Some facts (more follow):
1. Augsburg, the year 1998, I am a Humboldt Research Fellow, one postdoc girl (now professor) asked me if “they” were in contact with me, claiming that the form of contact is very unusual if not bizarre, but they are very nice guys/girls and this is necessary to prevent new world war. My reaction (not shown up): What does she speak about? A very strange but anyway nice girl.
2. September 1999, 12-th Smoluchowski Symposium on Statistical Physics, Zakopane, Poland. Awaken at the night because of a loud chatting in the neighboring room discussing a new epochal discovery (new Copernican revolution) which Poles did and are very proud of. Interesting, what is this? Very bizarre (what I heard) and sounds like a child fantasy.
3. 3rd European Biophysics Congress in Munich, 9-13 September 2000. Talk at the conference dinner with a small group of Russian-speaking Israeli participants who claimed to be (their country) in a possession of the weapon of the entirely new kind, aimed at the mind control, which outperforms all weaponry known before. They promised to be always in a very close contact, chatting and laughing about that one cannot avoid or refuse such a contact. At that time, I did not grasp what they meant. My very first reaction: either crazy or stupid, very bizarre, one should drink less beer, anyway.
4. March 2001, Airport Seattle, awaiting a flight to Washington DC (short visit to National Institutes of Health, Bethesda). I was an invited speaker at the March Meeting of the American Physical Society. My very first personal encounter with V2K, I suppose, a very bizarre experience, some voices suddenly emerge directly in the center of your head, and chatter about you. Scary. I turned back, they were a Chinese looking girl keeping a flat device in her hands directed at me and a man who said: We have his frequency. Indeed, for realizing V2K via a thermoelastic acoustic mechanism one has to find first the main acoustic frequency of the resonator made by your head. For a resonator of a very complicated form such as your head this can be done only empirically. The amplitude of acoustic wave excited at this resonant frequency (in the range from 7 to 10 kHz for a human head) is maximal and it can easily exceed the human hearing threshold already for small microwave intensities. Then, one can realize an amplitude modulation of this main acoustic frequency via modulation of the microwave pulse duration, read here and pay attention to Eq. (1), which perfectly works empirically even for very complex resonators. How to transmit intelligible sound via this mechanism is explained here. I was then extremely disturbed and scared. However, I was not systematically harassed by those ever buzzing “poison flies” in this way until about autumn 2002. In Bethesda, I was asked about if “they” were already in contact with me (implying again, a very bizarre way of contact, now I know which one), and I should not be afraid because “they” are nice people.
5. April 2001, MPIPKS, Dresden, International Workshop on Physics of Information and Synchronization in Stochastic Dynamics. I am an invited speaker. One German professor in a private talk asks me a bizarre question: If one can use for the goodness of mankind the results of Nazi medical experimentation on human subjects done by Mengele, Heim, and a bunch of other sadists at German concentration camps. There are allegations, which I think are correct, that the first experiments with microwaves on human subjects were done in the Nazi concentration camps. Soon after, a Ph.D. student from his group was hospitalized for hearing voices in his head. His life was ruined. I presume that he was one of the victims of illegal V2K experimentation on human subjects done at German Universities currently (military research related to mind control, criminal abuse of neurosciences).
6. I myself am tortured almost continuously using this (V2K or silent voice), or another kind of sadistic inhuman weaponry since about autumn 2002, with some interruptions (e.g. from about spring/summer 2012 till about autumn 2013). A postdoctoral fellow warned me in Augsburg that those beasts are going to make me a Manchurian candidate. Indeed, German and other Western countries secret police use it to control Universities, in a cooperation with criminal community gangs (community gangstalking), the tactics they use starting from the Nazi times, now abusing new technology. This gang stalking Nazi tactics has been further deleveloped by FBI within COINTELPRO program and achieved de facto the level of a systematic use demolishing the very foundations of the democratic system. Interestingly, after they stopped for a while I had tinnitus for a certain time period. The frequency of the tinnitus tone I heard was consistent with an estimate of the ground frequency of the acoustic resonator of human head about my size, which corroborates the hypothesis on the abuse of microwave auditory effect. I am psychologically very robust and those criminals cannot achieve their goals. However, many people committed suicide or got crazy, and many others died because of various incurred illnesses including cancer. In my opinion, the opinion of one of the years long tortured victims, those suicides cannot be considered as suicides. They are, in fact, sadistic murders and the German and other Westnern governments are responsible for these severe crimes against humanity, which presumably take their origin in inhuman experimentation on human subjects done at German concentration camps and afterwards within MKULTRA program of CIA and COINTELPRO program by FBI in the USA. This explains also why from about 350 German Nazi doctor sadists practically nobody, with a very few exceptions, was punished. I am convinced that many of them continued their crimes in the USA thanks to the Operation Paperclip, and some probably in the Soviet Union, where a mind control related research was also conducted. As a matter of fact, we have sadistic beasts at power. This is like a hidden anonymous Hitler-Stalin continues to rule. Devil is here and it wears a christian mask. NSA Whistleblower Karen Stewart confirms the use of this sadistic weapon to oppress scientists. Dr. Katherine Horton is one of the victims. Unfortunately, many dishonest scientists participate in this criminal activity, at least passively, and for this they are granted permanent positions in science – my very personal experience. Those conspired fascists (sorry, “crystally clear democrats” par excellence, and secret adepts of Hitler and Stalin united) need security guards and kapos in this modern Electronic Concentration Camp gradually extending to the size of our planet, and not the scientists. We scientists are dangerous for them, as we understand what they really are. These kapos are carefully selected. This is a reason why the scientists of my stature are either underemployed or do not have a job at all. This is also one of the reasons why dishonest behavior in science became the norm, and cheaters or simply much less qualified and even stupid people do obtain permanent positions. I am ready to provide a compelling evidence for this. For sure, this is politics, a suicidal politics. The very fact that the proportion of permanent professorial positions in science dropped in Germany below 10% confirms this. Their goal is clear: To reduce the number of independent and clever people capable to resist to the New Electronic Totalitarianism coming, to a total suppression of the human and civil rights and our freedom, which they are preparing for us. For this, they use electronic weapon to assault and kill us as humans. We are threatened much more by these corrupted inhuman “poison flies”, which de facto dominate, than by the islamic terrorism. They are the major threat to our civilization. Civilizations fall normally because of an intrinsic failure, when the Corrupted, Dishonest, and Stupid start to dominate, because of the home made barbarians and sadists, because of an intrinsic failure and decline. The Western civilization right now cuts its own roots.
7. I highly suggest you to read the Chapter 1 “Torture Lab” of the Naomi Klein’s “The Shock Doctrine”, and to account for the following facts: (1) MKULTRA type sadistic experimentations on human subjects were allegedly renewed after 9/11 (if they were ever stopped). (2) There are reasons to believe that many of the completely innocent prisoners of Guantanamo Bay (including Germany-born Murat Kurnaz) were victims of these experiments. This might explain the sudden rise of such terrorist organizations as Islamic State because such or similar interrogation methods “Use a clean baton or other instruments to penetrate the detainee male or female. Simultaneously comment with degrading opinions of their body. This will increase the trauma”, see on p. 168 in the Project: Soul Catcher, v. II, by R. Duncan, in a combination with the sadistic methods of mind control, can produce a whole army of terrorists from even completely innocent people after all. (3) Some high-ranking German officials were involved in the Murat Kurnaz case.
And my case is even worse than the case of Murat Kurnaz. It is about apologists of mass murders and hidden proponents of Electonic Concentration Camps, Brainwashing and Mind Control, illegal experimentations on human subjects, and simply corrupted fascistic sadists and criminals who are de facto at power, not being elected, but tolerated, and I believe supported by some high-ranking governmental officials.
