Was trying to play a song on piano for a bit. My cognition isn't as good as the last time I played.

I think once the weed is out of my system and the injection kicks in, it might be better.

I also read a little bit and listened to a podcast.

I took the olanzepine now cuz I feel a little frustrated. I enjoy being frustrated though. I don't like to do easy things or I'll get bored. I just want to know if this level of stress is ok for psychosis - Mainly the agitation and losing control of my actions + panic attacks part.

Saw pdoc yesterday, said he wanted to put me on latuda, zyprexa, or geodon. We decided on geodon because ive had good luck with it in the past. He put me on a "hefty dose." 80mg in the AM, 80mg in the PM, 160mg total.

If you're anything like me I tend to need higher dosage and even then I'm put on higher dosage because I'm a lot like you. However, I'm having better luck with Clozapine because I'm doing better on it now at a therapeutic dosage that's not at the crazy amount of dosage.

yeah I've always needed high doses. Like 20mg of zyprexa, 6mg of vraylar, went up to 15mg on haldol. Clozapine I got up to 400mg and my plasma levels were super high, kinda wish i stayed on it longer in hindsight.

I need to play guitar more. I write music sometimes, but have stopped lately. I need to get back into it.

On clozapine I was up as 675 a day on it until my clozapine level was too high. Luckily I’m still on it and it because there’s some help from it.

Got up early for the first time in a long time. Played Animal Crossing then took a shower. Now enjoying some coffee and waiting for my hair to dry so I can take a walk to the pharmacy and pick up my meds, some chamomile tea, and dark chocolate

I was wanting to try a nootropic and I just found out Sarcosine is a nootropic. Helps with brain health and is a adjunctive therapy for schizophrenia. But the Sarcosine made me hypo, almost manic, when I tried it. I may try it again tho. I still have some from last year.

Anyone else get like tunnel vision when they get a bit manic? Like I’m hyper focused on something.

I enjoy a state of hyper focus. Vyvanse helps me a little with that. I can watch TV while my mom and sister are talking and not hear them or I can do something on my phone at a noisy restaurant and I wouldn't hear anything.

But that's only if I take an extra stimulant. It's good to have a balance - That's why I'm interested in "hypomania". It seems like a pleasant state of mind.

But I've never had euphoric mania before except during my last good psychedelic trip. It was mostly a dysphoric agitated energized depression.

I'm gonna look into sarcosine and ask my doctor about it first - Or my psychiatrist.
