I'm just scared that being on two APs is bad for me.

Actually super anxious now that my pdoc thinks he can get me onto only one AP.

I guess does anyone here have experience going off of Abilify?

Going off Abilify 400mg/3 weeks and 10mg a day was a breeze. I was put on Invega and olanzepine.

I was once on 4 antipsychotics.. 12mg Invega pills, 200mg of Seroquel, 10mg of Abilify and 10mg of olanzepine.

Took me like a year to taper off completely but that was to no AP at all....

Well the plan is to eventually get onto Vraylar. I wish this weren't so difficult! On top of that I am constantly changing my mind about things.

Like, my pdoc wanted me to try to phase out Abilify by using Vraylar to taper between the two, you know, and then I was just like, I can't do this.

That was because I felt slightly uncomfortable with the change. I don't know what gets into me these days. It's really annoying because it goes against what my pdoc tells me to do. Then I just feel like a crazy person for not being able to follow his advice.

Honestly it’s easier to sub one AP for another you can do it in a like a week if you do it that way.....

Went to the dentist. Whole right side of my face and tongue is numb. I could barely speak when trying to call my ride to come pick me up. Anyway, that's done. Got another appointment on October 14th.

I am doing better today. Decided I'm going to stay on the same meds but drop the Xanax (gradually).

I am much more stable today.

I came into work today on my day off because someone scheduled a Zoom meeting. Sigh. I'm not sure if I am annoyed that I had to come in on my day off or if I am annoyed that I am getting more responsibilities because someone else can't figure out how to do their job properly. UGH. Annoying. Plus unemployment still hasn't paid me money. They are about three months behind. CA took two weeks off to get caught up and they are still three months behind. At least I get free lunch today at work and I'll get dessert at 2 o'clock break. That's something.

I might be off here mostly but will post intermittently.

I’ve just got so much going on in my life and I’m under extreme, extreme stress. Like, idk, my blood pressure got really high the other day and I felt like I was gonna pass out.
