I've been doing really good too. My mood is a lot better since the Zoloft and Wellbutrin were increased.

I walked to the post office today and carried back 12x A4 note pads for writing notes and a night light that I bought from Amazon. My sketchpad and pencils for drawing should be here tomorrow.

So far - Music (Guitar, piano), drawing, games, exercise, podcasts, reading.. That should keep me occupied for now.. I can't do too much.

And Sudoku..

I want to end up playing strategy games as well to exercise my mind.

It's all I can do with the uncertainty of economy, covid, my parents health.. Need to take care of my mental health as well.

I am doing fine today. Just some general anxiety about the way things are going to turn out and about COVID and things like that. I also am kind of bored since I am on a break from school. I meditated for a total of like 1.5 hours today though. And I am trying to stay occupied. I am making a website for my freelance business. So all in all, I am doing well.

My friend died this morning. He was older but he has young kids. Like IDK six and under. Left behind a wife too. I'm sad.

Does the doctor say she can use the bike? I always thought they encourage aerobics even for people with heart conditions since it strengthens the heart. I'm sorry about the anxiety it causes in you.

Oops, I forgot to quote @Desoxyn .

Thanks everyone for all the hugs and support for the loss of my friend. I'm still really sad today. I talked to his wife yesterday. She's really numb and I think she is in shock. It's going to hit her hard when it hits.

One of my coworkers is being a jerk. He's being passive aggressive. Parking in my parking spot. Talking crap behind my back. Stuff like that. If you have a problem with me just come talk to me and we will talk it out. But doing that stuff, uh uh. No way. I don't play games.

I was walking back home from the library and this guy at one of the corners on my way stopped me, looked me up and down checking me out and asked me if I was busy. Like I think he thought I was a prostitute or something. Wtf.

Anyway, I have a therapy appointment today. Look forward to talking to her

Yesterday I found some socks for my oldest nephew for his Christmas stocking at Target for $1.00. They have tacos on them!!!! He likes his "fun" socks. He turned 18 this year and is finishing up high school. I think he is going to go into the military afterward. I guess I won't be able to get him funky socks next year for Christmas. I don't know what I'll get him if he is in the military. I just give him money now and then fill his stocking. So I guess just give him money. I can't believe my little boy is all grown up!

Therapy appointment went well. I'll be seeing her in person next time since I'll be in the clinic to see my psych NP that day anyway (they work in the same clinic)
