Taco socks sound cool. I'm making tacos tomorrow lol. You're a great aunt

Tomorrow I need to shop for some new jeans. Bleh. Shopping is fun but not when it is for necessities!

Zyprexa sis wonders. For me before it slowly and rapidly stop working for me. I was 2 to 3 years at the time without being in the hospital... then again there was probably points where I should of.

Ughhhhhhhh, this is the 2nd day in a row my Manic Panic hair dye wasn't delivered, it says they couldn't get in the building, what the hell is security doing down there. And why doesn't it come with my regular mail during the day? It's coming via usps, I don't see why it'd be delivered separately from my regular mail. They can get in just fine early in the day when they put in my normal mail

I'm debating over whether I should come off thorazine. One the one hand, coming off would help me lose more weight, have more energy, and sleep less, on the other hand, I might become unstable.

I know it’s so hard but I personally know I can’t come off any meds

Possible trigger:

I had a panic attack from the ket. I really thought that it wouldn't happen but I felt depressed because I couldn't do things or vice versa - And the news. My mom is gone for a few days as well and I'm with my sister. I started missing everyone in my family and started crying a few times before it happened.

I cant seem to take my meds as prescribed but I'm trying.. I'm doing much better as time goes on..

I'll start the month again @ SP..

My therapist is gone away again so I have to get her email. She has my email. I was called by someone in the morning that she made an appointment with the emergency psychiatrist on the 2nd of November. Idk why it's with my last psychiatrist (Who was supposed to be my new main psychiatrist).

So it's confusing. I don't want to explain things over again.

My cognitive impairment is scary. I hope it won't get much worse. Losing a thought in the middle might be the worst. I don't mention it to anyone. But, from the other side I'm amazed at what my brain produces for me. Names of random people, instant recall of data having to do with a subject. It's amazing but I can't remember any instances of it happening but it happens all the time.

One of my roommates really aggravates me. She keeps putting the heat on and it gets way too hot in here. At night you're supposed to let the place cool down and get under a blanket or two. And she makes these gross noises and I can't relax in here without music on or without an ear plug. Really annoying situation.

I wish I could give everyone some candy. I have a ton.

These past 3 days, I've found it extremely difficult to wake up in the morning and also last week. I took one 15mg Dexedrine XR and fall back asleep so I would take another 15mg and get out of bed half an hour after it kicks in.

Being on 30mg XR gives me such good focus. I feel actually normal right now. Like there's nothing wrong with me. My mind is clear - With the morning coffee too.

I'm gonna tell my doctor this. I've been prescribed 60x of them a month but I also want 60-90x 5mg Dexedrine IR so I can take 10-15mg in the late afternoon when the 30mg XR wears off (I can't take an extra 15mg XR in the afternoon because it lasts too long - I need to sleep more than the average person and there's an overlap).

I'm gonna read today and learn about philosophy online - Maybe watch YouTube videos about drawing cuz my drawing supplies arrived yesterday.

Doing very good.
