Having a panic attack

Charging my headphones. I need a pill damn it. I don't know if ativan would help but I wish I could find out. I have only one half mg. I want to go home and spend some quality time with my pills. And touch some of my favorite things.

I want my vape so much. I think my friend mailed me my supplies and I really really want them. When I think of having to be locked up in my room I feel sick and nauseated. I'm missing my favorite weather again.

The flavors I ordered were caramel apple, thug juice, and cinnamon roll. All 12mg nicotine. Oh I can't wait!

I watched "Have a Good Trip" on Netflix. All it did was show scare videos and had celebrities talk about their bad trips.

It scared me. Especially after having an ego death dissociative panic attack last night. I thought it was going to be educational in a good way.

Now it's getting dark and I'm scared.

I also keep subscribing to online therapy thinking it will help in some way, and it doesn't usually, and makes me more confused, though my in-person therapist seems not to help me enough. I think it is med-related, my problem, though.

I am now taking Vraylar and my other meds (Remeron and Effexor and Klonopin). I cannot stand being on Zyprexa anymore. It makes my mind so foggy and stuff. And the Abilify, too. I stopped the Abilify and Zyprexa. They just seem superfluous.

20mg. I didn't feel it much probably because of the stimulant. The derealization happened about 4 hours later - Long after it wore off.

Last year I was using 30-50mg for depression every 2-14 days. I think those doses decreased anxiety.

But I'm not going to chance it again. I'm leaving it alone for a year just like what I'm doing with the phenibut. I haven't used the phenibut in over 2 months.
