You should try the "MyTherapy" med reminder app. It works really well for me.

I actually got angry at my dad and I felt extremely guilty, today. I called back and apologized. The anger was so minor that he didn’t know I was angry. But just that little inflection in anger made me incredibly guilty. He didn’t even notice it tho it was so minor.

I feel like my apartment is a wreck because of the depression I was feeling for awhile (not cleaning or anything like that for awhile) now it's just extremely overwhelming

I didn't go to work today cuz my mom is being tested for COVID. So I just slept in. I've been sleeping 14 hours a day these past 2 weeks.

I messed up my painting today 😢 Was about to paint a couple but I accidentally painted an antenna to the guy. It looks like she’s dating an alien 😂 Then I tried to fix it but failed because it messed up with the background. Oh well at least I picked up the brushes today.
