When I got my temperature taken at CVS before I got my flu shot today they said my temp was 95 point something. That just seems really low

Apparently I need more social interaction according to my T. Anyway, I am trying to find that in some way. It's hard not to feel isolated these days though.

I threw away the phenibut because I think it's starting to make me feel dissociated at this point. I had a sort of panic attack.

I'll feel better tomorrow.. Back on track with taking meds as prescribed...

My doctor said to avoid marijuana because it can cause anxiety - Even though it can help.

I smoked a slight amount because I couldn't just relax and read. Now I can. I think marijuana is the only thing that allows me to do things..

I took my Vyvanse at noon today so it should last until I go to bed =]
