I'm still having issues with not feeling right. I haven't got any answers from the professionals either. Everyday I struggle with anxiety and a low mood. I'm having trouble still at night with hearing things just before sleep or while waking up. My dreams are very vivid and it seems like closed eye images as well. I'm not sure if these are warning signs or not. I still keep up with things, but I'm struggling.

What do you think is the biggest problem? Anxiety, low mood, or hearing things?

In my experience, I've found that psychosis is my worst problem, followed by depression and then anxiety. But I don't know how things manifest for you.

Have you explained all of this to the professionals you see?

It started with anxiety and then a low mood. I didn't think it was mental health at first. I had a bunch of medical tests and everything came back normal. Then I went to a psychatric center for a mental health assessment. I said my anxiety is bad the first time. They went over some me ways to cope with stress. I wasn't improving and started getting the hallucinations around the time I go to sleep or wake up. Went back again and they weren't concerned since it was sleep related. They were concerned about my stress levels thoughand suggested following up with other mental health services or crisis. I guess the sleep hallucinations are bothersome since they disrupt my sleep sometimes. They quit once I'm awake.
