Have a busy next several days. Grocery shopping, pharmacy, library, then to Family Dollar to pick up some snacks for Saturday, Halloween/spending the day watching horror movies with my friend and the Halloween Animal Crossing event on Nintendo Switch, Cleaning, getting household essentials, going to vote on election day, and appointments with my psych NP and therapist.

I feel good. Like my mood is stable. I'll be happy to see my psych NP and let her know I'm doing well because it's been a loooong months after months of med adjustments. I hope to stay stable from now on. Of course, I know I'll still have my ups and downs, but I'd like to get through a year without any major episodes. Then I can fully be ready for when I start taking my college classes again in the spring. I won't have to worry about having to stop again due to mental health problems. I'm determined to do everything I can to maintain my stability. I'll do volunteer work when I can find some and am ready. And after college I'll get a part time job somewhere through supportive employment.
Anyway, I hope to get somewhere in life. It may not be as great as where other people may be but I hope to at least finish up my associates degree and move on to my bachelors and eventually masters and get a decent job. __________________ R.I.P mom 8/6/55-1/15/16 “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” -St. Francis of Assisi

I took a vyvanse over being confused about my doctor thinking there was a 10mg dexedrine IR and the pharmacy didn't call me back about an evening 2x 5mg dose.
So I will be awake into the AM's. Feeling better and normal. Enjoying reading and watching the news. Ate a taco, chewing nicotine gum. No panic.. Well maybe complete existential dread about the world. |

Morning. My table lamp arrived today. But it doesn’t have the bulb so I need to go to the grocery to buy one. I feel too tired to do so physically though. Because I couldn’t sleep until 6 AM last night and I took a double dose so that I wouldn’t be up until afternoon. I’ll ask my sister if she wants to help me get it.

This is video game related but also MH related.
I’ve been playing this, World of Warcraft, for 4 days now, and besides it being the best game I think I’ve ever played in my life... it has also helped my mental health quite a bit. It’s an MMORPG from 2004, but still stands as one of the greatest mmo’s and rpg’s still out today. You can literally do WHATEVER you want in the game. Literally. It’s like a cross between animal crossing, Pokémon, gta, etc I mean aspect and facet-wise. Omg I even found a mental health WoW group/guild on there. I mean the possibilities are literally endless of what you can do. I wish I had gotten into it sooner. Much much much sooner. Fiancé actually introduced me to it. I was hesitant to try it because it was from 2004 but they apparently still come out with expansion packs today etc all kinds of stuff for the game every year because it’s a game that’s still very high in demand and has one of the most loyal fanbases. Oh! I could go on! Anyway, I have seen a reduction in my anxiety and depression so far, playing it. I was able to go out and vote yesterday when I thought I absolutely wasn’t gonna be able to go at all like 99% thought that. I was able to goto other stores too. I know it’s only been four days so far or 5. But I can see some really good potential in this game for self-care. If y’all are wondering what you can do in the game, well... ANYTHING you want. You can farm, have pets, do quests, receive mail, join guilds and communities, have pet battles, do raids, fight bosses, meet friends, I mean ugh. That’s not even touching the tip of the iceberg and it can be overwhelming in the sense that there’s literally THOUSANDS of things you can do in the game. And I like that you arent forced to do things in a certain manner. It’s open world, so you explore the world as u want. Not to mention the game has like 5 or 6 continents and like 10 cities in each continent, probably more! I liked that I was able to explore the forest and catch any animal I wanted to, to be my pet. I got a fox, wolf, owl, and cat so far. I caught the cat in town. __________________ "We're all born to broken people on their most honest day of living"

Went grocery shopping. Got everything on my list. Then when I got home I walked to the pharmacy to pick up my meds. It's raining out now. Supposed to snow tomorrow. Still got to go to the library later but they don't open till 1pm.

Went to the library and picked up my requests. I should have waited till Tuesday to go though. It’s pouring rain right now and I got soaked even with an umbrella
At least I got everything done so I don’t have to go out tomorrow __________________ R.I.P mom 8/6/55-1/15/16 “All the darkness in the world cannot extinguish the light of a single candle.” -St. Francis of Assisi

Omg I was looking for books to make scrapbooks and found this exceptionally beautiful one. I want this so bad. The store is in China though the shipping cost must be insane 😂

Also found a store that can make you a custom scrapbook with your own design. I would like to turn my painting into it but they probably need a high resolution one and I don’t have any scanner.

They have apps on the phone that can act as a scanner and it goes into your photos on your phone. __________________ "We're all born to broken people on their most honest day of living"
