Having suffered from 'voices'24/7 for the last five years I have noticed a lot and learned of a great deal of what this thing is and what it seems not to be, of which is written about in other posts, please take into regard that my research is not reliant on the internet, it starts with your own experiences, of the symptoms and of the treatments and listening to your gut.

Secondly, attending hearing voices support groups, local town meetings, and volunteering ( some times for dodgy front firms of which I will not divulge for now)

Even when studying the youtube groomer phenomenon and fake news scams ( of which seemed to be directed at vulnerable voice hearers) resembled an abuse taking place openly upon accessible networks, Posing as supportive networks independent of toxic meds and illegal investigations, or explainable by chemical imbalances.

I concluded with the UN Cyber Torture human rights abuse explanation by Nils Melzer. as this is what I see my condition is, ( I get openly/covertly mobbed in public spaces so this is also evidence of gang stalking, so I am a TI)

Anyway, I have noticed that my concentration is not what it was, and I get a lot of brain fog and have some hearing problems, as a result of the exposure, I have momentary tinnitus in one ear like a tonal hum, which sounds like an electronic induced tone, like when you have a hearing test and you have to press the button when you hear the tone being played to you in one ear.

Also at times, the 'voices' are very clear and I have sensations upon my head and back of my neck, like a tingling sensation and a tightness on the back of my neck.

The V2K is at times quite clear and loud or at normal speaking voice loudness
I should say, once I got into a shallow bath and put my head under, to my surprise it amplified the voices and it was like having a phone conversation.

So, as I aim to hire an expert to put my theory to the test being aware of their slyness to remain discreet unless in open public feel abused like as in revenge porn cases a few years ago.

As I still reside trapped and hidden, things that I used to feel emotional about are now reduced to a flattening. old memoirs and feelings.

I write these posts as personnel statements as I know a lot of people within my environment know full well what is occurring through are too proud to break the code of secretly. So if I am right and others are in the same boat, this is a testament to being a victim of electronic harassment and organized stalking which is know termed as cyber torture by the UN.

Thank you for reading my blogs,

.

Would these side effects of electronic harassment be common amongst you?

Hi hope all is well,

Could I ask you two questions, when you have moments of brain Fog would you experience a sort of dizziness beforehand and blue lights being flashed momentarily in your sight, and a hazy confusion, along with loss of memory.

Two, when you have moments of Tinnitus would it accompany a sharp pain within your ear canal, and sound like an Audiogram hearing test where you press the button at the moment you hear the tonal sounds being played.

Hearing Test - YouTube Please take the time to listen to the types of tones, this would accompany pressure within your ear canal, which causes sharp shabbing pain.

Would any of you have experiences of short temp memory loss like brain freeze or hearing loss or sharp stabbing pains within the middle of your ear canal?

I don't get sharp pains in my ear but I do get short temporary memory loss sometimes. It doesn't last long. It's annoying.

Hi Shane, have you tried physical exercises and meditation? The reason I say this is because, due to extreme stress, I had nerve compression, and possibly vascular compression, that I was able to alleviate with exercises ... Thoracic Outlet Syndrome Stretches & Exercises - Ask Doctor Jo - YouTube ...
This kind of thing. This affect my sinuses (lots of popping) and blood flow to my head/brain. I don't think mine was a bad case, and I guess this kind of thing is really quite common.
Also, as for meditation. I reckon we could all be tuned into loads of things at once, and I'm not saying that what you are suffering is a focus issue (not at all), but just that there could possibly be a way for you to focus in and out of different things possibly, by exercising focus, maybe

I had ear problems every year up till about three years ago. Yes, quite serious at times.

Hi KBMK

Thank you for responding its always a joy to read your replies, I used to go swimming a lot before lockdown and covid, as I decided to bin the meds and did the only withdrawal was to shed 4 or 5 stone off my body weight, funny thing was that water in my ear canal had an effect upon my experiences of hearing voices, I found out that laying on your back in the deep end of the pool acted like an off switch, with the water pressure acting against my self-talk (subvocalization) and the initiating responses in the form of 'voices were completely shut off during that time.

Thank you too, I do think it's brave to share your unsettling experiences, and call it how you see/hear it. I try and do that. Good work on the fat loss. I know that's not easy to do, either. It's really helped me to learn about body work and exercise. It's over the last few years things have really improved, and for a couple of years I had almost constant ear popping. It would increase when I was in better moods too. I don't know how much this is to do with nerve compression. Humming also stimulates the vagus nerve, which can regulate breathing and digestion. That can be a good thing to focus on: how humming at different frequencies makes you feel

Hello once again, Strange thing about humming, it blocks out self-talk and some times the responses via the experiences of hearing 'voices',
TBH I've put a lot of the weight back on due to the closure of the swimming pool and fun and games within my household by family members.

I have been trying to leave though thought to hire a counter-surveillance expert first when I have the money.

Well it's been a long strange gaslightly perpy year, loke being trapped in Rosemary's Baby movie.

Sounds like cruel games. It's sad to hear. Good that humming shifts focus, it's good to have tools if you need to shift your focus Hope things only get better for you
