So my mom probably had undiagnosed bipolar disorder. And on my fathers side there's a family member with Schizophrenia. I have schizoaffective disorder bipolar type. Genetics is interesting. Sometimes I feel cursed but I also think I've learned a lot in life because of my illness.

I don’t feel AS down now that I’ve taken a nap.

I just made toast with my new toaster. It’s so nice being able to make it again, I didn’t have a toaster for a year. I put some butter and grape jelly on it. So good.
