I think everyone got their own little tree today, it was a gift from someone's family. I love mine.

This is what happened today. This is from my insta.

“A lot of crap happened this morning before 8am.

I had went to get vape juice less than a mile away from home. When I walked out of the store and tried to get into my car, I couldn’t. The key fob was dead. It was freezing. I couldn’t feel my fingers, and I was scared. I called my friend Tamara @tamdoori and I was afraid she might not answer. She did though, thankfully.

While I was on the phone with her a man pulled up and asked if I needed his help and I started to panic immensely within myself because I’m alone in a parking lot, I can’t get in my car, it’s dawn, and I already have men coming up to me. I told him a bit of my situation and he tried to get my key fob open to get my spare key. Eventually he did. But then another man pulled up and he happen to be wearing a Ford dealership shirt. I didn’t think about it or even notice it. I was just panicking my heart out. I didn’t know who these men were.

The Ford Dealership guy eventually worked his way into my car and a million things were going through my head. He helped me start my car. I looked at him and started crying and said “Thank you, sir”. He closed my door and took off. And just like me with my panic and having only lived in a small town for 2 years by myself, with majority being white (with consideration of everything going on in the world lately), I looked around my car to make sure nothing was stolen. Every little thing was there.

I just cried and cried all the way home. Not only was my faith in humanity restored but someone or something was obviously watching over me. I kept thinking back to the bracelet my Mom gave me 2 days ago. I cried for an hour for so many reasons other than the fear I felt.

Don’t lose your faith in humanity. This has taught me such a lesson within society. Not all people are bad. Not all white people are bad. Someone’s always watchjng over you. These men happen to be in the right place at the right time and even one was a Ford mechanic. God bless these good people. I owe my life to Christ. This situation could’ve turned out any which of way.”

@newtus

People are normally aren't what they seem on the outside. Don't judge a book by it's cover. It goes for everyone quite frankly. I myself have judged someone by the looks of their cover. I've gave out my phone number to a dude that was in the hospital with me. he seemed ok and a few months later find out he murdered a 53 year old women. Luckily I didn't fall into a trap.

Also being a women we have to be more alert than men when out by ourselves. I think any man that would approach me while out by myself I would have had the same reaction.

Went to the doctors. They took me off the pain killer and put me on meds for my intestines. They put some gas inside them before the surgery to make the surgery easier or something like that and it messed up with my intestines now. I took a nap. I feel sleepy now but I feel good. Ordered some art supplies, watercolors set, a set of brushes, watercolors book, watercolors papers, a drawing pen, and a box pallet. Can’t wait to paint again, still have lots of acrylic paints and canvases ready to use. After I know how to use watercolors I will start learning how to sketch and doodle. I want to try some oil paintings too. One by one.

My appointment with my new primary care doctor went very well. He's very nice. He did a physical too, and based on that and everything we talked about he said I seem very healthy. And my blood pressure was 119 over 64 which is good. He had me sign a release form so they can get my records from the last place I went and then we can look over my vaccinations and see if there's anything I'm missing or would like to get like the series of HPV shots. My follow up appointment is in March.

This is nice, he works works in the mental health clinic I go to so he has all my records dealing with mental health from my psych and therapist who work there too.

Oh and my weight isn't a problem. I'm normal weight for my height. So maybe it is all just in my head.

I am feeling over sensitive today. Both to stimuli and emotionally. It makes me feel very raw. I need to listen to more Christmas music! That might help!

It's not so much that I am depressed, though I might be a little, it's more of an anxiety thing and a too much stimuli thing. I could turn the lights off which might help and I have headphones on....listening to Christmas music. I'm not obsessively checking my phone like I was. Maybe I can take a walk after work. Get outdoors in the fresh air. If it isn't too cold. Or windy.

So I let this girl who lives in my apartment complex use my phone for like 45 minutes because she lost her phone and needed to order a replacement. So she came back a few minutes ago and rang my doorbell, she gave me this thing of donuts because I helped her. And said if I ever need anything I can knock on her door.

She’s really nice. I think I made a new friend
