After last night's class, I have developed a list of ten very serious concerns I have with my prof and his two classes I'm taking.
I asked for a meeting with him next week (which totally confused him, and he never did give me a straight answer as to whether we can meet or not). I want the meeting to be respectful and constructive. I don't want to accuse him of being a ****** prof or anything else. I want to tell him how he can be more helpful to us. I want to email my other psych prof (who is absolutely amazing) who is also a psychologist and ask if I can meet with her before I meet with him to get some help on how I should present these concerns. Of course I would pay her for her time as a psychologist. Would it be inappropriate of me to ask? I don't know who else to ask, and I want this second meeting to go well. |

Well, I asked her. I'll see what she says. I don't expect her to say yes, but I won't know unless I try.

Wish you good luck! I don't think it's inappropriate.
