Hi everyone,

I just got accepted into grad school and classes start on the 20th. I have contacted student disability services to fill out a form for accommodations, but I don't know what, if any, accommodations I can request. My biggest concern is not being successful due to hospitalizations from anxiety/depression. I also need to get this all documented, and I don't know where to start with that. Can anyone help?

You need a doctor to attest to the condition in writing. Your psychiatrist would probably do.

Students in my online courses have gotten accommodations of flexible deadlines, which seems to apply to your situation.

Thank you. I don't have a psychiatrist, only my therapist and my primary care doctor.
