This topic came up for discussion at my support group last night and I found it very relevant as I have a huge difficulty doing so - and not just when it comes to when I am in a mental health crisis but when it involves help with tasks. I am wondering others' thoughts on this.
My biggest barricade to doing so is that I often feel I don't deserve help. |

I am a very independent spirit but as I have aged I've gotten better asking for help.

Yeah I'm the same here's the reasons why I don't ask for help;
Don't deserve it Others need it more than I do I'm wasting time I'm not as ill as what I think People will judge me I'm not worthy of the help |
