I need to start exercising. My goal is to add exercise 3 times a week. I bought a new swimsuit for aqua aerobics. Downloaded an app of exercises i can do at home. I'm down a solid 20 lbs. 110 more to go to reach a normal bmi.

I need to make a lifestyle change I can live with. That's my problem with exercise. I can't do aqua aerobics all the time. It's time consuming, I still get my period, etc. I can do the app just need motivation. Hiking can't do when it's cold as in freezing, hard to do during inclement weather. But if I mix it up there's something i csn do each day. But start at 3 times a week.
