Default " Don't be too hard on yourself, give yourself a break"

Do you find you are too hard on yourself? Do you have to remind yourself to breathe, or to stop and take a moment to remember what you're grateful for? What is your favorite way to give yourself a break?

I feel like this all the time. I am constantly struggling with this myself. I watch my favorite movies
