OK, so T is working really hard on building me up to do the work we need todo but I am still having a hard time between sessions. I have always used music as a pick me up but need some new tunes. So... looking for songs that pick you up during a tough week, songs that seem to go with your treatment goals, songs that nurture you.... genre doesn’t really matter just looking for new tunes to add. I know my T is very specific about the songs he plays in the waiting room (I wouldn’t put it past him to have a play list for different clients or pick them to go with that weeks session). I have not have had the courage to ask him for the names of some of the CDs but I hope to next week. English is preferred unless it is some kind of mantra or chant. THANKS!

So I have a whole list, but let me say this sometimes it is not the words but the instruments that can uplift you, or even make you feel peaceful.
1- Hooked On a Feeling By: blue swede
2- Lifeboats (freestyle) By: Jorja Smith
3- Kickin' Back By: Mila J
4- Looking for you By: Kirk Franklin (not a religious person I am more spiritual, but this song makes me feel happy, and it great to listen to in the morning)
5- Rise Up By: Andra Day
6- Sound of an Orchestra By: MIKA
7- This Is Me By: Kelaa Settle & The Greatest Showman Ensemble - The Greatest Showman
8- Tru By: Lloyd
I have a lot more but I know this list can be overwhelming, but it is cross genre and all have a wide range feel.
