Good tips on one of my worst habits--Rumination but it was like he was ruminating about loneliness.

All the entire video 17+ mins length was about psychological hygiene, problem of self-esteem, etc. Anything except real techniques to fight it!..

The only thing he advice is just to distract for few minutes when you're finding yourself ruminating. That's it.

Why do you even like this? Why don't he spend all of these 17 minutes to explain very clearly how to increase your self-esteem, how to fight loneliness, and how to fight rumination if he's single advice is not working for you?
