What the best way to relax? Please add your thoughts! I often ask myself this? How do I relax?

One of the ways I relax is color. I really can't tell you why it relaxes me but it just takes me into another focus area and it helps.

I often ask myself that but I think the idea of relaxation Spurs on PTSD for me and it inhibits my ability to cope with life because I get stressed by just coping

That's the million dollar question, Buffy. My anxiety level has mushroomed in the last couple of years, and I'm not handling it well. I'm hoping this site can offer some real help.

I completely understand! I feel the same way because my anxiety is getting worse!
