I watched Frozen 2 today. There's a song that keeps going through my head.... Into the Unknown. For me and a lot of others there is fear around the unknown. The last few days I have been faced with taking an educated guess as to what is locked in my mind. One thing that came out is fear around losing my mom when I was under 5. Ever since I fear dying, which keeps me alive today. But the question remains, is there more?
And the last week or so, I have been setting goals. In fact one is to crochet a Christmas present for my sister. She's going to love it!! It's her favorite Disney character, Tigger! I also want to own my own home. And read 100 books by graduation. Which is in 2 ish years. There's a lot of unknown for me, but I can't let it stop me. I'll never know until I try! I was to be healthy, physically, mentally and spiritually! That's the goal! How? By little steps! And doing things every day to make big things happen. I may need to play the song from the movie for awhile. Any other ideas to stay consistent? |

I've been reading more and one was on habit stacking. Or bundling the new habits with the old.
Only trick is, I am inconsistent in a lot of things, except for getting in and out of bed. And I don't have a good example of being consistent. I'm frustrated. Yes reading 100 books is a good goal but I still find myself wasting time. |

There is an app called GoodReads. It is wonderful in making suggestions of books to read and listing current popular books. There are book reviews from the readers. Hope that helps.
