Hi! This is my first post (I´m not counting my introduction). I´m looking for science-backed self-development and self-help books. This are books on self-help or self-development, which have papers citations (citations to science-backed experimentations).

I know a couple, like (for example) "The procastination equation" and "The willpower instict" and I´ve found a post in lesswrong about this topic, but I was looking for more. I´ve also found a "Scientific Self Help Books" shelf in goodreads, but there are a lot of useless books for my porpuse.

Thanks to all of you!!!

PD: I saw there is a forum on "Self-Help Ideas and Goal Setting", but I thoung this forum was more appropriate, since this is not a self-help idea in itself
