Im surprised they didnt mention Diogenes Syndrome, which is basically old people bad hygiene, hoarding, and isolating. Or, as i like to call it, hey im just hangin out!

I have never heard of this syndrome before, but I have known old people who would fit this definition.

Flossed and scraped the tongue twice yesterday, second time as I was getting ready for bed. It sure felt nice sleeping through the night (well almost, until 5:30) with clean teeth.

I so much liked going to bed with flossed teeth and sleeping through the night (more typically I wake up several times) that I am repeating it tonight. Flossed, scraped my tongue AND brushed. Now, going to bed. Good night! If I encounter problems making this into a habit, I will go back to the Tiny Habits program.

Brushed once in the morning Flossed in the morning, at bedtime and a little bit after lunch at work (our restrooms are stocked with little flossers). Did Waterpik in late afternoon at home. I continue to enjoy going to bed with flossed teeth.

Yesterday I flossed and brushed and scraped my tongue at bedtime. It is definitely much more pleasant to sleep with a completely clean mouth.

I researched the issue of hydrogen peroxide several years ago and ultimately decided not to use it, even though I initially bought a hydrogen peroxide rinse from Amazon, but I do not remember now what the arguments against using it were, it has been several years and my memory is faulty. I then tried to donate the big bottle of the hydrogen peroxide rinse through the local Buy Nothing network but found no interested parties.

It will stain your teeth. It can be used occasionally, like to help a gum problem, but should not be used every day.
