Thanks Everyone,
In the last month I have had the ressurection of sexual addiction, excercise addiction and compulsive eating. I have gotten control of each one as they have come up. The compulsive eating one was tough. I ended up gaining 5 pounds in about a week and a half. When I mentioned it to people they say things like "five pounds looks good on you, it is no big deal." But it is a big deal because I had lost 45 pounds and only had 5 more to go to make my goal weight. Thing is most people I know now didn't know me when I was 190. Those who did know me don't remember.

I picked up my AA 1 month chip yesterday. When I showed it to my husband he started to cry. He said he was sorry for getting so emotional and I told him, his tears mean a lot to me and gave him a big hug.

I just wish the visions would go away. I can deal with the thoughts if they come by themselves. It is when I get physical ghost sensations and visual images of SI that it becomes difficult. Does anyone else deal with these things?

Lexicon:
Three months seems incredible to me but I feel that it is possible. I have made it a month before so am feeling optimistically cautious.

Heather:
You know what, it may sound big headed but I am proud of myself. Part of me feels silly too. Seems like it should be easy to not hurt one's self. But it isn't. Yeah, I am proud of myself.
