I'm proud. The best thing I've done is allow my parents to go on vacation without me and my sister - because they dared to leave us (me) home alone! And my sister dared to be home alone with me. That's a great motivation.

5 hours. I'll get 6 more while I'm sleeping, so there's that. It's hard, because I burn myself with scalding water. It's the only thing that doesn't leave a mark my husband would notice. The shower is only 3x a week but I can do dishes over and over again all night. Who really pays attention to what's being washed.

I was almost at a week. The best in a while. But then, of course, I gave in. So zero once more. One day I'll crack this, but for now I just have to accept this is what I do.
