I'm not sure how much I feel like starting anew today. It's been a rough couple of months, and it doesn't look to be improving anytime soon. I feel like most of it is my fault anyway, so I might as well be punished.

How is the roughness your fault?

You can start anew when you are ready then. You never lose the many good long runs that you have had.

2 days at the moment. The last time was due to (don't want to push off blame, but don't know how else to say it) a psychotic episode... really hit me hard all of a sudden, SHed, needed sutures, etc... feeling better regarding the psychosis now tho.

Started an IOP last week on Monday, a dual diagnosis one. Here tho, anything to do with SH gets you put in DBT. They are trying to work with me, cuz I've done DBT so many times... my goal is to make it til Tuesday, so I can put on the check in sheet that I didn't SH at all over the long weekend. (Long because of Memorial day, so no group on Monday...)

I started a new job, with the intention that it would be less stressful. But I'm not paid a salary or hourly rate, and because of a variety of issues I haven't been paid for anything yet. Now we're living from week to week on my boyfriend's pay, which isn't enough to pay the bills. If I has just dealt with the stress of my old job and stayed, we wouldn't have these money issues.

It's not my fault that I'm not getting paid yet, but I can't help but think that if I'd picked a different job or stayed where I was, we wouldn't be having these issues. I knew there was a risk going in, but I didn't think it would be this bad.

about 6 or 7 months. honestly I miss it. I still have left over sharps from spring semester bio so the voice in my head is telling me to do it and I'm normal compelled to obey

the voice wasn't loud enough and for a time, my lithium was working

Don't look at it as the end of a streak. It is very discouraging. Look at it as in the last 156 days I have only cut once. Do you see the difference in perspective? You went 156 days without Self-Injury. My sister Amanda is only on day 85. You have done so well. Pat yourself on the back and say job well done. Keep your head up high, dust yourself off, and start again. You are an amazing person and don't let anyone say any differently.
