get past? my inability to escape the confines of the concept know as sleep. i'm usually dwelling in a sleep like state or dreaming. when i'm up, i can only function enough for work and class. so nothing has changed at all

I'm unsure how long it's been but it's been months. However I so badly want to hurt myself last night. The thoughts are still with me this morning. I'm not doing too good mentally. Think I'm stressed and overwhelmed

I'm still giving in to minor behaviors but still avoiding new scars.
It's been harder with psychology working on trauma but I'm hopeful it's positive overall. Currently 0 __________________ We're people first, anything else is secondary. |
