I'm struggling. I have good motivation not to give in (the specifics of which I rather keep to myself) but it remains difficult.
Edit: I'm on a long streak, though. Real SI I haven't done since November 10th and headbanging/hitting myself.. early January, I think. |

Coming up on two years. Too much crap going on right now. I'm at my boiling point. I'm holding a knife. Or I might just go to bed.

Meds I've tried: Prozac, Zoloft, Celexa, Effexor, Remeron, Elavil, Wellbutrin, Risperidone, Abilify, Prazosin, Paxil, Trazadone, Tramadol, Topomax, Xanax, Propranolol, Valium, Visteril, Vraylar, Selinor, Clonopin, Ambien Treatments I've done: CBT, DBT, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Talk therapy, psychotherapy, exercise, diet, sleeping more, sleeping less... |
